Ils \u0153uvrent quotidiennement \u00e0 incorporer l&#8217;h\u00e9ritage laiss\u00e9 par la colonisation et les pensionnats, de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper la r\u00e9silience de leurs propres enfants.<\/p>\n<p>Shohan est directrice g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de la 595 Prevention Team (anciennement connue sous le nom de R\u00e9seau de r\u00e9duction des risques du Manitoba) situ\u00e9e \u00e0 Winnipeg et \u0153uvre dans la r\u00e9duction des m\u00e9faits depuis l&#8217;an 2000. Son exp\u00e9rience professionnelle inclut des interventions aupr\u00e8s des populations les plus d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es touch\u00e9es par des questions li\u00e9es \u00e0 la toxicomanie, la sant\u00e9 mentale, l&#8217;itin\u00e9rance, le VIH et l&#8217;h\u00e9patite C.<\/p>\n<p>Shohan a termin\u00e9 une ma\u00eetrise en sciences \u00e0 l&#8217;Universit\u00e9 du Manitoba.
